NASM CPT, CrossFit L1, currently attending ISSA College of Exercise Science for BS in Exercise Science.
Don't train for looks. Train for health and longevity. Implementing many forms of activity and keep training Exciting, fresh, and helps without outlook on out personal health.
PERSONAL INTEREST AND HOBBIES:
Anything Sports (watching, competing, researching), painting, traveling, hiking, reading and writing, and learning about people and their stories. (Biographies, Conversations, Memoirs, Documentaries).
Back Squat or anything Athletic or Explosive.
Being married at 20 years old, moving from Texas to Des Moines on a whim, and attending 3 different universities in 2 years could've never been anticipated, but has given me the opportunity to see people, perspectives, and experiences in many ways that I could never have in a comfortable situation.
CALL TO ACTION:
After spearheading my own fitness transformation from 310 lbs. to 240 lbs. at 19 years old, starting is both the hardest and most important thing you have to do. Everyone was given a body, but it is up to us to move it.
